As a Broker-in-Charge, she will review your offer (Buyer) or your listing agreement (Seller) and do her best to make sure that every “I” is dotted and every “T” is crossed. Being that these are legal, binding documents, you should make sure that everything is written as you intend before you sign your offer and submit it to the Seller or your listing agreement before you come on the market for sale. Christina takes this very seriously. She will review your offer also known as the Purchase Contract or your listing agreement also known as the Exclusive Right-To-Sell Listing Contract by double-checking it for any inconsistencies and verify that the details of the contract(s) are meeting your goals.

About Your Engel & Volkers Transaction Coordinators
Both Chloe and Stephanie are Licensed Real Estate professionals in Hawaii who manage all the paperwork and deadlines involved in your real estate transaction. They are trained in every step of the selling/buying process and are tasked with monitoring progress from the time the seller & buyer accepts an offer through the steps involved in the close of escrow. Chloe & Stephanie are excellent in customer service, administrative tasks, and knowledge support to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
Unless you've sold several homes yourself, chances are you aren't intimately familiar with the various requirements needed to complete a real estate transaction. If you miss something or fail to complete the paperwork properly, your deal could fall apart,
resulting in penalties that could even lead to lawsuits. Your Engel & Volkers Transaction Coordinator will dramatically reduce the stress associated with selling/buying a property by:
- Helping you move quickly and seamlessly through the escrow and closing process.

- Receive a customized Timeline of escrow checklist, this will be updated and emailed to you weekly
- Ensure Buyer's Earnest money deposit is in escrow on time.
- Handle closing documents, securely
- Verify all documents are executed
- Keep everyone informed
- Ensure escrow has been opened
- Coordinate with Loan Officer
- Collect signatures from all parties involved
- Coordinate Inspection
- Manages all documents and watches all deadlines closely
- Coordinate Final Walk Thru

- Create a transaction management file with all the details in one place.
- Send out copies of the contract to all necessary parties.
