HOA

Schools

Residents of Keauhou Estates are part of the North Kona school district and are served by the Kahakai elementary school, the Konawaena middle school and the Konawaena high school. These schools are between three and 5 miles from the entrance of this gated community.

Keauhou Estates is easily accessible by both Alii Hwy and Hwy 11 as the Kamehameha III Rd connects these two highways. Downtown Kailua Kona is less than 10 minutes and the Kona international Airport is less than 20 minutes.
