Kuki’o offers three distinct areas; Phase 1 is approximately 330 acres close to the beach and all the amenities of the 10 whole practice golf course. There are several cottages, villas, and estates.
Phase 2, also known as Maniniowale, is comprised of 300 acres set partially back from the Overlook and feature single-family estate homes and a few vacant home sites.
Phase 3, also known as Kaupulehu, is actually about three and half miles north of Kuki’o and is a private enclave of 80 1-acre homesites along the oceanfront and setbacks lightly. Amenities in this phase included Beach club at Keonenui, a 10 acre facility featuring a dining lanai, beach bar, and to swimming pools all fronting a beautiful black sandy beach.
