About McCoy Plantation

Perched high above Kealakekua Bay is the spacious and forested community of McCoy Plantation.. Technically with in the designated area of Captain Cook, McCoy Plantation may be one of the best places to take in a view of the islands anywhere on the west side.

Many of the homes were built in the mid to late 1990s and some are still being built today as lots and homesites are still available. This is one of the most beautiful spots in South Kona with privacy and tranquility everywhere you look. The unspoiled sweeping views from most homes in McCoy Plantation make living on the island something to be treasured every day. No two homes are alike and nearly every home has a beautiful swimming pool, some with optional hot tubs, large lots, fruit trees, large windows to take in the view, and either one to three car garage.
